This all-women workout extravaganza was loads of entertaining, music, sweat and high energy moves that left everyone who was there pumped up for days after.
“It was a fun, engaging, non-stop, low-impact, high-energy, calorie-guzzling exercise to music class,” says Ceri Hannan, head of product at Planet Fitness.
Everyone who attended this class, expected music-driven moves that kept them pumped up all the way through and it certainly delivered on that.
