    BROWNIE CAKES
    1 scoop @usnsa Blue Lab Whey
    15g Numo Skinny Hot Chocolate powder.
    15g Flour
    3 x sweeteners
    tsp Baking Powder
    120g Coke Zero

    Directions:
    Preheat oven at 180C
    Mix together all dry ingredients
    Pour in Coke Zero – mix well, it seems soggy and weird, DONT WORRY!
    Pour in Muffin pan sprayed with Cook&Spray
    Bake for 15mins

    I topped mine off with an icing made by Melting Aero Chocolate in the microwave for 40seconds & mixed with 50g of Low Fat Cottage cheese. (This makes the calories a tiny bit more

    Super simple, super delicious, packed with protein and ZERO guilt.

    Ingredients:
    – x2 ripe bananas
    -x3 eggs
    – 2 scoops of your favorite @usnsa Premium BlueLab whey protein (I used Butterscotch)
    – x2 bars of @usnsa#trustcrunch Raspberry Cheesecake chopped up into small chunks
    – x1 tbsp self raising flour

    Mutton-curry bunny chow

    A hollowed-out half loaf of fresh, crusty white bread, a delicious filling of budget-friendly curry, and a beautiful South African day – it’s what casual entertaining is made of.

    SERVES 4 // COOKING TIME 60 mins

    INGREDIENTS
    ⅓ cup vegetable oil
    500g stewing mutton, chopped
    1 onion, peeled and chopped
    3 cinnamon sticks
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp fennel seeds
    ¼ tsp turmeric
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    3 tbsp masala spice
    1 tbsp peeled and grated ginger
    410g tin chopped tomatoes
    2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    Salt
    1 loaf white bread, quartered, insides removed
    Coriander, to garnish

    METHOD
    1. Heat the oil in a pot and brown the meat. Remove from the pot and set aside.
    2. Add the onion, cinnamon, bay leaf, fennel seeds and turmeric to the pot and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    3. Add the garlic, masala and ginger and cook for a further 1 minute.
    4. Add the meat, tomatoes, potatoes and 1 cup water. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, until meat is tender and potatoes are soft. Season.
    5. Fill the hollowed-out ¼ bread loaves with the curry and garnish with coriander.

    CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE ENERGY BITES
    Deliciously crunchy treats with @usnsa Chocolate Whey Protein

    Recipe:
    ~ 80g oat flour
    ~ 20g finely chopped almonds
    ~ 30g @usnsa Chocolate Whey Protein
    ~ 15g raw cacao powder
    ~ 30g almond butter
    ~ 20g buckwheat
    ~ 30g honey

    Combine all of the above ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl until a firm mixture is formed.

    Press spoonfuls of the mixture into a lined mini muffin tray. If you do not have one, you can roll the mixture into balls instead

    Place in the freezer for around two hours to firm up. Then remove them from the mini muffin tray & spoon some melted chocolate on top. Store in the fridge and enjoy!

    AIR FRIED HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIES USING THE NEW WHOLEFOOD GAINER

    30g All purpose flour
    40g @usnsa whole food gainer
    10g Cocoa
    2g Xylitol sugar
    2g Baking powder
    50g Plain yogurt
    30g Pure honey
    1 Egg
    1 TBSP dark choc chips

    Mix all the dry ingredients together.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    The batter will be thick and sticky.
    Spray your baking pan and evenly spread your batter.
    Air fry for 6min on 230C
    Or oven bake on 200 for 8-10min
    Slice into 4 pieces (1 piece =143 Calories)
