PROTEIN PECAN PIE RECIPE
Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 scoop BlueLabโข 100% Whey chocolate peanut butter protein powder
1 & 1/4 cups pecan nuts
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/8 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
For the filling:
1 scoop BlueLabโข 100% Whey protein powder
1/2 cup pecan nuts
3/4 cup dates, soaked in boiling water
Pinch of salt
Extra pecan nuts for decoration
To make the crust: blend the pecan nuts in a blender or food processor, until itโs crumbled. Add coconut and protein powder to crumbled pecan nuts. Melt honey and coconut oil together, and add to the dry mixture. Mix well and press into a greased 22 cm/9โณ dish.
For the filling: pour off most of the water of the dates, and mash with a fork. Roughly chop the pecan nuts, and add to the dates along with the protein powder and salt. Mix well and scoop onto crust. Add extra pecan nuts on top of the filling. Refrigerate for an hour, slice and enjoy.

PROTEIN CHEESECAKE TRIFLE
Makes one large serving, or two small servings.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Sugar free Digestive biscuit
Sugar free Raspberry jelly
ยพ scoop (20g) USN Bluelabโข 100% Whey Vanilla
70g Fat free Cottage cheese
Optional: stevia or sweetener of choice
ยฝ USN Trust Crunch Raspberry Cheesecake bar
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the jelly as per package instructions, and allow to cool.
Crumble the digestive biscuit, and put half in the bottom of a large wine glass or dessert bowl.
Mix the cottage cheese and Whey protein, and add a heaped tablespoon on top of the biscuits.
Continue adding layers of jelly, cottage cheese and biscuit crumbs, ending with cottage cheese mixture.
Cut up the Trust bar, and sprinkle on top.

PROTEIN OAT PANCAKES
Recipe:
40 g oats
4 egg whites
30-50ml milk
2 scoops @usnsa casein protein powder
1 tblsp lotus spread
Handful blueberries
Method:
Blend oats until it forms in to flour consistency. Add in the egg whites , milk and blend.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the casein powder. Fold in the casein powder using a spatula.
Use a non stick pan and cook spray to cook the pancakes.
Melt the lotus spread and drizzle.
Top up with blueberries.
