A new year doesn’t need a louder message.
It needs a better feeling.
We’ve opened our first club of the year, in Boksburg, and it represents more than a new location on our map. It reflects how we’re thinking about training in 2026. Not as pressure or performance, but as something natural, personal, and deeply rewarding.
Sometimes movement starts before a plan or a programme. It starts with a feeling; something that you recognise rather than explain. It’s the lift in energy after you move, the mental clarity that follows showing up, or the motivation that comes from sharing space with others who’re doing the same. This feeling is what we’re leaning into this year.
For us, training isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about helping people return to what their bodies already remember: how good it feels to move in a way that fits their life, their rhythm, and their needs.
Our Boksburg club is designed for how people really train: sometimes with intensity, sometimes with intention, sometimes to feel better than they did yesterday. There’s space to lift and move, to recover, to connect, and to take things at your own pace, because training doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it shouldn’t have to.
For 31 years, we’ve trained alongside South Africans. We’ve seen that progress isn’t only measured in reps or results, but also in confidence, energy, and consistency. We know that, when movement feels good, people keep coming back to it.
Boksburg is a new training home for a community that values strength, wellbeing, and belonging.
That’s the direction we’re moving in this year, and we’re excited to keep going.
