Row [500M]
Row 500m as fast as possible. Judge calls stop at 500m.
Revised Bronco
Run to 2m line and back, 4m line and back, 6m line and back = 1 round.Must complete 5 rounds.
Burpee Broad Jumps
Chest touches floor, then jump forward with feet together. No steps between reps.
Sandbag Lunges
Sandbag over shoulders. Rear knee to floor each lunge. Alternate legs. No steps between reps.
Farmer’s Walk
Pick up kettlebells from marked area, carry with arms extended. Must cross 6m halfway with both feet, then return.
Hand-Release Push-Ups
Body in a straight line. Chest touches floor, hands lifted at bottom. Full elbow lock-out at the top.
Sprint Finish
Finish with a 6m sprint across the line.
