The Format (23-Minute Race)
Each entrant completes 2 minutes of max effort at each station, with 1 minute transition in between. Your score = the maximum distance, calories, or reps achieved at each station.

Rest – 1 minute transition
SkiErg – 2 minutes (max calories)
Rest – 1 minute transition
