Over 60’s

One of our LEGENDS of yoga is Planet Fitness instructor Rizanne! She’s over 60 and stunning – and keeps a class of 20-somethings in awe! Great for all ages, including yoga for seniors. The gentle exercises help improve mobility, balance, and joint health. Every class has basic and advanced poses to suit all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Feel comfortable!

Men

Real men do yoga! In fact, men enjoy heated yoga and heated Pilates at Planet Fitness because both disciplines cover the latest men’s fitness trends – from functional fitness and cross-training to HIIT recovery. “Yoga complements other physical activities and sports too, so embrace it to improve physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity,” says Geraldine aka “Mother Earth”.
