This year? We’re doing it again – and raising the bar.

The 2026 DadBod Challenge is officially live, and for the first time ever, we’re introducing the MomBod Challenge for women. You asked, we listened. Two challenges. One mission: helping everyday South Africans take back control of their training and their health.

And yes, it’s still completely free to join. Whether you’re a parent or not.

Here’s what’s included:

  • A full 12-week transformation challenge open to both members and non-members
  • One month of free training at Planet Fitness (non-members only)
  • A structured workout and nutrition plan, delivered straight to your inbox
  • Access to InBody scans to track your progress

The challenge starts Monday, 2 February 2026. Your one-month free access activates on 29 January, giving you time to complete your InBody scan before the challenge begins.
