At this centrally located world-class health and fitness club, we believe that we can change your life, one day at a time, using the groundwork of your own personal fitness goals and aspirations. A Cross Training programme based around the functional structure. The workout is a combination of cardio, strength, plyometric and functional training

We will give you – cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility in this session. Your cardio consists of easy to follow movements or basic combinations. Your muscle conditioning consists of either upper or lower body conditioning using equipment, and finally flexibility to stretch all the muscles you just worked out in this session.

An overall body conditioning session includes all major muscle groups – arms, legs, abs, lower back and torso. Easy to follow movements or circuit based session using equipment such as Stability Balls, BOSUs, Steps, Dumbbells, Barbells or the Body Bar.
