PUMA Fast Track
An athletic programme designed on track & field training principal on the running track. This programme will improve your sprinting ability using equipment such as relay batons, mini cones, speed ladders, mini hurdles & plyometric boxes.
Puma Primal focuses on very basic and functional movements, while you mimic different animalistic movements. Puma Primal is a training system that maximises integrated movement potential and teaches the human body to move as it is designed to move. It is a 30-minute intensive workout.
