Still searching for the 6-pack? This 30-minute conditioning session of abs and lower back will keep you coming back for more. Equipment such as Stability Balls and BOSUs can be added to make this session more challenging.
No more excuses for flabby arms! This 30-minute conditioning session focuses on shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms.
An overall body conditioning session includes all major muscle groups – arms, legs, abs, lower back and torso. Easy to follow movements or circuit based session using equipment such as Stability Balls, BOSUs, Steps, Dumbbells, Barbells or the Body Bar.
The name says it all! A challenging session of cardio and muscle conditioning using a variety of equipment will have you feeling … I did it!
FUSE IT ALL
We will give you – cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility in this session. Your cardio consists of easy to follow movements or basic combinations. Your muscle conditioning consists of either upper or lower body conditioning using equipment, and finally flexibility to s t r e t c h all the muscles you just worked out in this session.
HI-LO CAN YOU GO?
Enjoy the feeling of movement and get back into high low aerobic movements, either easy to follow or basic combinations.
NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action)
To move with purpose. Leave your shoes and socks at home, and feel free to experience dynamic movements of Duncan Dance, Tai Chi, Modern Dance and TaeKwon Do.
This non-impact session connects the mind and body by strengthening the core, improve coordination and increase flexibility whilst executing all movements with control, precision, flow and emphasize breathing. A variety of equipment may be used.
This session is not intended for self defense, but will definitely release out any stresses by exploding into basic combinations of martial art and boxing movements, and cardio respiratory drills.
POWER BOX FUSION
This 90-minute session fuses martial art and boxing movements, cardio respiratory drills and we have included conditioning for that little extra last 30-minute session of this workout.
This choreographed session will keep you steppin’ up a sweat. Remember to stick with the basics, should the movements become too complex.
STEP ‘N FUSE
This session is broken in two – a ½ hour choreographed step, followed by a ½ hour either muscle conditioning or stretching.
Based on Chinese Martial Arts, this mind body connecting discipline focuses on improving balance and strength.
TIGHT THIGHS & TUSH
What more can we say… This 30-minute conditioning session focuses on abductors (outer thighs), adductors (inner thighs) and buttocks. Equipment such as Stability Balls, Tubing and BOSUs can be added to make this session more challenging.
The journey takes you through movements of dynamic and static poses with the emphasis on breathing and improving flexibility, balance and strength. End the journey with relaxation.

Great for our water lovers! This session includes cardio and muscle conditioning, easy to follow movements. Equipment such as noodles and balls can be used to make the session more challenging.

Need to challenge your body physically and mentally? Remain in the saddle most of the time during this steady pace ride.
A ride of flats, acceleration drills and jumps with comfortable speeds – emphasis is placed on tempo, timing and rhythm.
RIDE FOR HEART
Heart rate monitors is the secret to this session – let your instructor show you how whilst riding for endurance, strength or interval.
SPEED PLAY RIDE
This medium resistance ride includes seated and standing sprints.
Enjoy this high resistance, challenging ride, which includes seated and standing climbs.
