Group Personal Training


Numerous Planet Fitness clubs have dedicated Group Personal Training studios to offer our members a wonderful value added service. Each of these studios house the latest fitness accessories and equipment that is utilised in the most cutting edge Personal Training sessions.

Our Master Trainers are hand selected and have undergone specialised training to offer the best in Group Personal Training sessions. Group Personal Training members have sessions scheduled in peak time slots, both morning and evening, for your convenience.

All Planet Fitness members have an upgrade option on their membership for a nominal fee; this upgrade will entitle members to unlimited Personal Training sessions in a group environment.

Booking for sessions is essential as classes are limited between 10 -15 members per class.

Some of the innovative disciplines that are incorporated in our Group Personal Training program are; Kettle bell, TRX suspension training, SPQ (speed, agility and quickness), Bosu, stability ball and resistance equipment.

Begin your training program AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with a bang and try out one of our Group Personal Training sessions, every member receives one free session! Group Personal Training is available at Planet Fitness clubs, Bedfordview, Wanderers, Centurion Gate, Craighall, Rivonia, Rosebank, Roodepoort, Lynnwood, Plattekloof, Durbanville and Witbank, with plans to roll out to other clubs early in 2013.
