FLEXIBILITY
The general recommendation for stretching is 3 sessions per week, although it can be performed daily. Benefits of flexibility exercises are to maintain or increase our range of motion at key body joints.
The following class is aimed to improve flexibility:
STRETCH IT OUT
Need a good stretch? Improve your flexibility of all major muscle groups and join this session of dynamic and static stretches.

FUSION
As time is against us, these classes offer cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning and flexibility all in one session. The classes are as follows:
BOOTCAMP
The name says it all! A challenging session of cardio and muscle conditioning using equipment such as steps and barbells will have you feeling … I did it!
FUSE IT ALL
We will give you – cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility in this session. Your cardio consists of easy to follow movements or basic combinations. Your muscle conditioning consists of either upper or lower body conditioning using equipment, and finally flexibility to s t r e t c h all the muscles you just worked out in this session.
**MOVEMENT FUSION
Combine conditioning, dance, yoga and Pilates to give you a complete movement session.
**SMART GROUP
This 30-minute session will be the answers to your questions by introducing you to group classes in a fun, motivated environment. So let us guide you through this journey to group fitness.
STEP ‘N FUSE
This session is broken in two – a ½ hour choreographed step, followed by a ½ hour either muscle conditioning or stretching.
