**BELLY DANCING
Get out of your head, into your body, and let the dance of transformation begin. Learn basic individual steps and transform the dance into your own.
CARDIO DANCE
Dance is in! Join this high low aerobic session which includes all the latest dance moves. As this is a choreographed session, coordination is needed.
**HIP HOP
Originally known as ‘street dance’. Move and be moved to the music of Hip Hop or rap. As this is a choreographed session, coordination is needed.
**LATIN FEVER
Lets fiesta in this low impact session packed with choreography of sizzling Latin moves, such as salsa, rumba, cha cha, and many other hot moves.
**NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action)
To move with purpose. Leave your shoes and socks at home, and feel free to experience dynamic movements of Duncan Dance, Tai Chi, Modern Dance and TaeKwon Do.
